In ISUN Kitchen & Homegoods Co. Ltd trading company, Our Merchandiser will take responsible for the whole order follow-up till shipment done, and they will monitor the shipment delivery on time or delay to keep update internally and report to customer too. The shipping terms confirmed when quote, if customer want to change the shipping terms, it must be called out at least 20 days pre-shipment, so ISUN kitchen & Homegoods company can have enough time to handle and prepare documents. 

In ISUN, Job Duties for shipping as below: 
  • Effectively uses organization systems to locate and gather stock with factory 
  • Accurately updates spreadsheets and stock information weekly
  • Creates shipping labels and handles shipping information
  • Sends booking requests to factory 
  • Problem solves for customers and factory about shipping routes, delayed items, and rush orders etc
  • Performs administrative duties like answering phones, updating records, and providing excellent customer service
  • Liaises with factory and customer about product ordering and storage
  • Maintains good customer relationships and answers any customer questions
  • Keeps organized shipping records, including statements of origin, shipping costs, products shipped, and receipt dates
  • Troubleshoots shipping issues and customer issues that pop up regularly; works to solve these administrative or organizational problems to increase warehouse and dispatch efficiency
  • Develops knowledge about freight and sea shipping regulations and practices
  • Works well with factory to complete orders on time
